Wellbeing is talked about in many different ways but our focus is on facilitating and sharing in activities which aim to:

Connect - sharing with each other, linking up with others, developing new friendships and networks

Be still - providing places and spaces where it is possible to Stop. For a while. And listen to what happens next.

Create - looking for ways in which we can enjoy both the natural world in creation – and also exploring opportunities for wide-ranging creativity.

Grow - encouraging one another to keep on developing all we can be in Mind, Body and Spirit.
