This week we’re sharing some love at Strawberry Field as we celebrate the 60th anniversary of The Beatles' first hit 'Love Me Do' and remember John Lennon on what would have been his 82nd birthday.
We are delighted to be partnering with City Explorer Liverpool to offer the opportunity to enjoy a full visit to Strawberry Field as part of your Beatles Explorer tour! You can now hop off at Strawberry Field and explore our interactive visitor exhibition with 20% off the entry fee. When you join the Beatles Explorer tour at 11am or 1pm you can spend time at Strawberry Field and return on the 2pm or 4pm bus.
Next week is International Beatleweek and alongside the official Cavern Club Liverpool programme, we have a series of lunchtime live music and other activities planned at Strawberry Field to celebrate. Join us for family fun every Thursday until the end of August, when we will open the garden for families to come and enjoy free play with play equipment in the garden at Strawberry Field from 10am. Order lunch from the café or enjoy a picnic whilst you relax under the trees .
Yesterday the Steps to Work Team and three trainees - Daniel, Leona and Helena - represented Strawberry Field at the 31st Disability Awareness Day (DAD) in Walton Hall Gardens in Warrington.

Works of art created using John Lennon’s microphone leads now available to purchase at Strawberry Field

A brand-new exhibition has arrived at one of Liverpool’s leading visitor attractions, Strawberry Field, with each work of art now available to purchase.
The Lennon Wired exhibition, which is made up of 11 individual pieces, has been created using segments from the original microphone leads that John Lennon used to record his 1971 song, Imagine, alongside Yoko Ono.
