The Good Small Business Awards are the UK’s first national Business Sustainability Awards exclusively for small and micro businesses. These make up 99% of UK businesses and account for around 48% of employment and 33% of turnover. The Awards will celebrate small and micro businesses who view sustainability as an opportunity to better promote and grow their business.

Strawberry Field was chosen as the inaugural charity partner after the Good Small Business Awards organisers were impressed by our principles and aims and our commitment to sustainability, accessibility and responsible tourism.

Major Kathy Versfeld, The Salvation Army Mission Director at Strawberry Field said: “We are absolutely delighted to be named as the official charity partner of the Good Small Business Awards 2022 and to be associated with such an innovative and initiative for sustainability amongst the UK’s vast number of small and micro businesses. We look forward to continuing to raise Strawberry Field’s profile as a purpose-led, ethical brand and, as part of this, to be the charity partner of the forthcoming Good Small Business Awards 2022.”

Garth Dallas from Dallas Consulting, organisers of the Good Small Business Awards said: “Strawberry Field initiatives really struck a chord across our stated purpose for the awards. We are fully aligned with their overall sustainability aims and, it was, therefore, a perfect fit to choose Strawberry Field as the first official charity partner of the Awards.”
